Hi, I’m Stephanie. Here I’ll be sharing recipes and ideas for foods that are helping my family to live deliciously well. We are transitioning to a mostly plant-based, mostly whole food diet, and are discovering a love for foods that are fresh, natural, and good for the body and soul! My focus on this blog is whole grains, fruits and vegetables, legumes, and very little meat or processed foods. As a mother of four children, it’s important for me to make foods that they will eat as well! So the recipes I share are kid-tested as well as healthy, and usually make at least six servings.
